with a credit or debit card or with an e-check (ACH). We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
Automatic Bank Draft
You can authorize your bill amount to be automatically debited from your checking or savings account. With Automatic Bank Draft, you will continue to receive your bill as you normally do, but we will automatically draft your bank account for the amount of your bill each month. To sign up, call or sign up online using our online account access system. You must first sign up for online account access before using this feature.
Check or Money Order by Mail
You can mail a check or money order to the address below. Please allow five days for mail delivery of payment. Please remit payment to:

You may also be eligible to pay your bill online with your financial institution's online bill pay service. Please contact your financial institution for more information on how to enroll.
Pay by Phone
You may call customer service at (678) 872-0250 or toll free at (866) 517-0250 and speak with a Customer Relations Specialist who will process your credit or debit card payment.
Pay in Person

Reduce Your FireSide Natural Gas Bill
Sign up for E-Bill and save $1.00 off the monthly customer service fee. E-Bills are invoices that are generated electronically (e-mailed) directly to customers in lieu of receiving them in the mail.
Enroll in AutoPay and save $1.00 off the monthly customer service fee. AutoPay is when a customer’s account is automatically drafted on their bill’s due date. Accounts can be set-up for payment from a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or a Checking Account.
